FAQ

Questions before you try FeeHunt?

Clear answers about privacy, Gmail access, trials, cancellation, and account limits.

How does FeeHunt work?

FeeHunt connects to your Gmail account through Google OAuth and scans recent emails for signals related to subscriptions, renewals, invoices, failed payments, promotional messages, newsletters, shop emails, and future phishing-risk patterns.

Is my email private?

FeeHunt is designed as a privacy-first local desktop app. Email analysis happens locally on your computer. Scan results, settings, and license metadata are stored locally. FeeHunt does not sell your data.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. FeeHunt's commercial model is built around the Cancel Anytime principle. Before paid plan enforcement is enabled, users will have a clear self-service cancellation path.

Which Gmail accounts are supported?

FeeHunt is designed for Gmail accounts connected through Google's OAuth authorization flow. During beta, the product focuses on Gmail and Windows.

What happens after the free trial?

After the 14-day free trial, the selected paid plan becomes active unless the user cancels before the trial ends. Public billing enforcement will only be enabled after checkout, customer portal, and cancellation flows are ready.

How many Gmail accounts can I connect?

The Basic plan supports 1 Gmail account. The Family plan supports up to 3 Gmail accounts. During beta, FeeHunt may warn when a plan limit is exceeded, but beta functionality is not blocked.
